Job Title Donor Reporting and Documentation officer
Number of Positions 1
Locatiot HSR Layout, Bangalore
Timings 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 30 minute lunch break
Reports to
Head- CSR Purpose
To assist project team to develop reports
Essential Functions
Reviewing and providing quality assurance of Project Document, work plans and ensuring information management;
Ensuring timely development and submission of quality reports on Samarthanam projects
Capturing and documenting good practices, change story and case stories;
Need to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, narrative reports and final reports to be shared with donor/concerned authority.
Developing communication materials for sharing and dissemination of project learning;
Keeping records of all documentations and project implementation process of Samarthanam programs
Support in developing data collection tools for monitoring activities and indicators;
Maintain database of external stake holders
Support in developing monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring reports;
Providing secretariat and coordination support of programme meetings, project steering & other meetings and other M&E related activities;
Performing any other work duties assigned by line Manager.
Job Setting
Flexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Office located on Ground Floor: Doesn’t require travelling: requires work with all project heads: requires prompt service
Qualifications
Any graduate or PG with min 3 years of experience in reporting and documentation
Skills Needed
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Creative thinking
Effective writing skill
Proper documentation
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge Essential:
English Language Preferred
Kannada Language
Salary package
Negotiable based on skills and experience
