Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our CSR initiatives in Hardoi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client handling, operations, stakeholder management, marketing, and waste management. This role requires a proactive individual who can initiate and manage all CSR activities, ensuring the successful implementation of sustainable and impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s mission and goals.

• Initiate and lead CSR and IDM projects focusing on waste management and other environmental sustainability initiatives.

• Lead and manage waste management projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

• Identify and implement innovative waste management solutions to reduce environmental impact.

• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of CSR initiatives. Regularly monitor and evaluate the impact of projects, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support CSR activities. Oversee the operational aspects of CSR projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Engage with various stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, community groups, and internal teams.

• Prepare and present reports, case studies, and success stories to showcase the impact of CSR activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in waste management, with a proven track record in managing CSR projects.

• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies for CSR initiatives.
