Programmer

Society for Applied Studies, a Delhi-based not-for-profit research organization, invites resumes for Programmers with 1-2 years of experience for a community based research project in Delhi.

Place of work: South Delhi

Qualification & Eligibility:

• BCA/ B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech/ B.E. Computer Science/ IT/Any Specialization and/or PG- MCA – Computers/ M.Tech - Any Specialization.

• 1-2 years of experience with good knowledge of SQL

Job Description:

• Design, Programming and validate programs to check data accuracy and aid report generation.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical data management.

• Good experience on end-to-end clinical data management activities.

• Good knowledge of clinical systems and preferable experience in programming languages (eg: SQL/R/SurveyCTO etc).

• Design and set-up of a study database for data collection in clinical trials based on protocol needs. Maintain system related documentation.

• Technical support to sites regarding clinical software.

• Manage data inconsistencies in research studies.

• Responsible for the creation, updating, maintenance of data inconsistencies and for the provision of computerized reports of this data.

• Manage trials through computerization, cleaning and auditing of clinical data and databases in compliance

• Review and validate data to ensure consistency, integrity and accuracy.

• Responsible for raising queries and sending them for resolution and updating the data.

• Validate and review data to ensure consistency, integrity.

• Maintain data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency.
