Position: Block Coordinator

Salary: : 12,000 (Basic: 9,000 + Travel Allowance: 3,000)

Key Responsibilities :

Program Planning and Coordination

• Develop and implement a comprehensive scholarship awareness program.

• Coordinate with school principals and teachers to schedule awareness sessions.

Communication and Outreach

• Disseminate scholarship information through meetings, flyers, social media, and workshops.

• Conduct seminars and interactive sessions to explain scholarship details.

Guidance and Support

• Assist students and parents with understanding scholarship benefits and the application process.

• Offer individual counseling to help with forms and document submission.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Keep detailed records of daily activities, including student participation.

• Report progress to higher authorities and suggest improvements.

Collaboration and Networking

• Partner with local government bodies, NGOs, and educational institutions to maximize outreach.

Follow-up and Evaluation

• Ensure students complete applications and address any concerns.

• Analyze success metrics, including the number of applications submitted.

Motivation and Encouragement

• Motivate students to apply for scholarships and share success stories to inspire others.

Monthly Payment Policy

• Daily Work Register: Maintain a register detailing daily school or coaching institute visits.

• School Visits: Visit two schools per day (middle and high schools).

• Student Details Collection: Record information of 50 students daily (25 per school).

• Monthly Workdays: Complete at least 26 working days per month to qualify for payment.

• Payment Conditions: Full payment will be based on achieving the target of 300 applications monthly.

Job Requirements

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass), Graduate Degree (preferred).

• Experience: 1-year work experience (required).

• Skills: Project handling, communication, and fieldwork in home districts, visiting private and government schools for awareness programs.

Additional Requirements:

Vehicle: Bike with a valid Driving License (DL).

Incentives: Yearly incentive based on performance.

PF/ESIC: Applicable (T&C apply).

Increment: 10-12% yearly increment.

Work Duration: Up to 58 years of age.

Leave Benefits: Monthly 2 holidays with leave encashment available.
