The Project Coordinator (Agri cum Livelihoods) will be responsible to manage, coordinate, and implement the Agriculture and Livelihoods component of the project and supervise/train their field team in the execution of the livelihood and agriculture development program under the CSR project titled Holistic Rural Initiative in Development Access for Yield (HRIDAY) Project in GAYA district of Bihar and have ultimate accountability for the program success.

Position Title: Project Coordinator (Agri cum Livelihood)

Remuneration / Salary: CTC Rs.37000/- to Rs.40,000/- pm (depending on the competency of the candidate)

Qualification & Work Experience Required:

Bachelor/Master of Science in Agriculture/ Post Graduate in Agriculture and have a capacity of Agricultural Systems Management and Livelihoods

MSW / Rural Management with specialization in Agriculture or Livelihoods

More than 3 years of working experience with NGOs as an agriculturist /Agri. Livelihoods 

Experience working in Agriculture and Livelihoods programs with good Training Knowledge of MIS & Computer 

Good Documentation & Communication Skills both in Hindi & English 

Experience in rural construction and infrastructure works from a social/economic developmental perspective.
