JOB VACANCY

1. Position: Project Coordinator

No. of Post: 7

Location: Udalguri, Lakhimpur, Majuli, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Dhubri, Sonitpur, Dhemaji, South Salmara Mankachar, Karbi Anglong, Golaghat (Assam)

Project: Promotion of Farmer Producer Company (FPC)

Qualification: BSc. Agriculture/MSc. Agriculture/Agribusiness Management/MBA or Graduate.

Salary: 15,000-30,000 (Salary can be negotiatedbasedon the experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Base line survey, Awareness Program, Farmers Mobilization, Selection of Beneficiaries, GPS based survey etc.

2. Preparation of weekly report, monthly report, Annual Action Plans, DPR & Progress report & any other report as per implementing agency requirement..

3. Timely Report to concerned departments on time and carrying out daily basis activities and maintaining records on daily basis.

4. To undertake the prescribed activities in order to achieve timely deliverables of the project.

5. To give handholding support to the FPOs and Farmers.

6. To assist FPOs in marketing and branding of their farm produce.

7. To ensure timely Project Planning, Project Facilitation, Evaluation, Reporting & Documentation.

8. To involve in research & Consultancy works as per Need of the Organisation.

9. To attend in higher official meetings and liaison with Govt. & Non-Govt. officers, Corporate House and Institutions in NER.

10. To Plan & Organize Training, Workshop, Exposure.

11. Rigorous visit to the field area and monitor the proper implementation of relevant Project Activity.

12. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting To the Reporting Manager. Preparation of Case Studies of the Project.

13. Representing the organization at District/ State Level as & when required.
