Key Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain central data base of segregated data (state wise, year wise, gender wise, cohort wise etc) of all program indicators, including scholarship. Provide all data analysis and trends related to program performance for internal and external review meetings and presentations

HO spoc for Regional Teams for all program data reporting related queries. Coordinate between Regional Teams and field on data gaps, reporting related issues, etc

Conduct internal thematic studies and reports such as 

Annual teacher engagement survey

Student engagement survey

Annual Principal feedback survey 

Annual school wise closure reports 

Annual Principal Closure Report (one page) – signed by Principal

Annual re-check on previous year data declared to trustees

Photo library infra survey every alternate year (entry level is a must)

Coordinating with internal and external trainers to conducts Capacity building sessions for mentors on aspects such as student workshop

Coordinate with HO level departments such as communication, SCM, T&C, etc.

Explore and consolidate partnerships with external agencies

Many students who did not have access to education or had to discontinue education due to adverse socio economic factors, have been successfully mainstreamed through the Satya Bharti Learning Centre Program (operational from 2013-2018) – a bridge course program developed for Out-of-School Children. Bharti Airtel Foundation has also been contributing to the field of Higher Education by establishing centers of learnings and research partnerships in collaboration with leading National and International Institutions. While the focus remains on quality education, the Foundation has also initiated a sanitation program, in line with government’s call for ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ namely Satya Bharti Abhiyan in 2014.
