As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our communications and content teams to produce visually compelling graphics that align with our mission and values, effectively engaging diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Create Visual Content: Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics that adhere to our brand guidelines for use across our digital platforms, including the website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Collaborate on Case Studies and Presentations: Work closely with our communication and content teams to design visually impactful materials for case studies, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Support Website Design: Assist in creating and enhancing website elements to improve user experience, ensuring alignment with modern web design aesthetics and best practices.

Participate in Creative Brainstorming: Contribute fresh, innovative visual ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns that support the organization's objectives.

Maintain Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure that all visual content across social media channels aligns with the foundation's brand identity, maintaining consistency and cohesion.

Communicate Design Ideas Effectively: Present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.

Organize and Manage Design Files: Keep design assets, including photos, logos, and other graphic materials, well-organized and easily accessible for ongoing projects.

Ensure Quality Control: Review all designs for accuracy and ensure they meet Pahal Foundation's high standards before delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience: At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality designs for both digital and print media.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools).

Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills across different media.

Expertise in Visual Design: A deep understanding of visual design principles, with attention to user interaction and aesthetic quality.

Collaborative and Independent Worker: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Adaptability and Growth-Oriented: An openness to receiving feedback and a willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve within the role.
