Essential Qualification
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), MA in Sociology or Public Health (MPH) or Master's Degree on equivalent degree.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Desirable Qualification
The candidate should have basic computer knowledge of documentation, presentation, and reporting.
Preference will be given to candidates working in large surveys.
Experience in working with tribal communities.
Knowledge of the local language is a must.
The candidate should have valid DL for driving two wheeler
Job Description
Assist the Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Coordinator in the implementation of the project activities in the field-
Oversee all project activities within the designated intervention block.
Organizing meetings, training, workshops and capacity-building
programs for various stakeholders
Manage and supervise project field staff and community champions.
Coordinate with health and ICDS functionaries at block, PHC, and HWC sub-center levels.
Monitor accounting and documentation of all data collected.
Provide active and supportive supervision to field-based staff.
Coordinate regular review meetings and monthly staff meetings.
Age Limit: 35 years
Location : Dasmantapur block, Koraput
Period : One Year
(The above position is purely on a temporary, contractual basis with a maximum duration of One year. The position is co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for one year and will be extended based on the performance of the candidate.)
Remuneration : INR.35,000/-per month
Terms & Conditions:
Those candidates, who are already employed in any organization, should bring a “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer
Those candidates already working in MSSRF should submit their applications through their reporting authority.
The candidates have to produce all the original certificates at the time of the interview for verification.
Upon selection, candidates are expected to join duty within 15 days.
