Job Description

Support scale-up of evidence-based Food, Nutrition, Health, and WASH (FNHW) interventions across states as per the DAY-NRLM framework

Support capacity building and training of trainers including SBC for state, district, and block SRLM staff.

Support in developing and strengthening of training material including SBC materials at the national level

Support integration of FNHW in other verticals of DAY-NRLM

Coordinate with states to plan implementation of FNHW activities and adaption of State Operational Strategies

Support evidence-based development of national advisories and guidelines for FNHW

Support development and field testing of Food, Nutrition, Health, and WASH (FNHW) and gender for FNHW mainstreaming/ interventions, modules, and job aids

Provide technical inputs to states for roll-out of interventions as per state operational strategies, and serve as resource persons for capacity building

Review, monitor, and document the FNHW and gender for FNHW mainstreaming activities and interventions of states as committed under the Annual Action Plan

Any other work assigned by the organization

About Company

ROSHNI – Centre of Women Collectives led Social Action, was set up with a vision to empower women collectives, and equip them to lead social action on food, nutrition, health, WASH (FNHW) and gender interventions.

We seek to enable women to transform their own lives holistically, through health and social development.

Housed at the Department of Development Communication and Extension at Lady Irwin College, the centre serves as a technical and knowledge management support unit to DAY-NRLM. It works as a knowledge and capacity building hub for scaling-up DAY-NRLM’s Dashasutra Strategy and DAY-NRLM committed activities under the POSHAN Abhiyan 2018-2022.
