Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative Content Developer with a passion for skill development. In this role, you will design and develop high-quality learning content for employability, vocational training and entrepreneurship programs to enable underprivileged youth to gain the knowledge and skills they need to grow into productive and successful professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and curate engaging and learner-centric content for skill development programs deliverable through various mediums, including digital platforms, classroom settings, and mobile applications.

• Interact with Experts to understand the Content Domain

• Read, research and analyze the content to create comprehensive training modules, assessments, quizzes, workbooks, presentations, videos, and e-learning materials

• Create storyboard for Web based and classroom training material

• Conceptualize multimedia elements with visual design experts

• Learn and use latest content creation tools

• Collaborate with trainers to ensure content aligns with the learning objectives and practical applications.

• Review and update existing content regularly to keep it relevant and up-to-date.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in content / curriculum development / instructional design

• Excellent Communications skills including writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand and engaging formats.

• Knowledge of vocational training and skill development sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and multimedia content creation.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
