Responsibilities:
• Overall Management and Governance
• Execute the policy decisions of the Board
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the institution by providing clear leadership and guidance to all functions of the institution, including Finance, Operations, Administration, Financial Literacy and other special projects.
• Cultivate culture of cooperation and high performance
• Generate more business for the enterprise; explore and execute growth opportunities for the business
• Liaise with existing and new banking partners
• Drive organizational performance, both quantitative and qualitative; achieve business plan targets
• Uphold standards of risk management at all levels and ensure effective supervisory control and management review
• Sustain the enterprise's social mission and its dedication to financial inclusion.
• Build the capacity of the staff across various functions
• Sustain and grow the reach of the enterprise; especially focussing on onboarding more women BC agents.
• Explore sustainable and new pathways of growth for the social enterprise
