Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather data from multiple sources, such as databases, surveys, or other information systems.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, or anomalies.

Report Preparation:

• Create clear, accurate, and comprehensive reports based on data findings.

• Ensure that reports align with business objectives and comply with industry standards or regulatory requirements.

• Present complex data in understandable formats (e.g., tables, charts, and graphs) that are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Report Design and Formatting:

• Design and format reports to improve readability and ensure a professional presentation.

• Use tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and specialized reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports) to develop and generate reports.

• Create dashboards or visualizations to enhance data insights when necessary.

Data Verification and Quality Assurance:

• Review and validate data accuracy before report generation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.

• Work closely with other teams to ensure data integrity.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives.

• Communicate report findings and insights to management or other departments effectively.

• Provide support and training to team members on how to interpret or use reports.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve report quality.

• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles.

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.

• Knowledge of database management and query writing.
