Role Overview:
As a STEM Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming education by equipping government schools with cutting-edge STEM infrastructure. Your focus will be on introducing students to digital devices, computer hardware, and essential productivity software, such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Solid Edge CAD. You'll guide both teachers and students through orientation sessions, maintain STEM equipment, and foster a vibrant STEM learning environment within school Science Clubs.
Theme: Impact the STEM education landscape in Govt. Schools, devise replicable best practices and mentor a group of students to innovative projects and through STEM clubs.
Responsibilities:
• Train and Educate: Facilitate teacher and student training on digital devices, computer hardware, and software.
• Maintain Infrastructure: Ensure STEM equipment is functional and accessible for students.
• Foster STEM Culture: Organize and manage Science Club activities, encouraging hands-on projects.
• Curriculum Support: Assist in developing and adapting STEM curriculum to meet student needs.
• Community Engagement: Collaborate with teachers and the community to promote STEM education.
• Data Reporting: Document program usage, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
Any other task assigned by the line manager from time to time as per organizational requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or related field.
Experience in STEM education, with a focus on digital literacy.
Proficiency in digital tools like CADD & Solidwork, productivity software, and engineering design applications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Desirable: STEM expertise or/and experience of working with education departments at districts/state/s.
Salary & Benefits: Salary is market compliant and significant training and career opportunities. It’s a field-intensive working opportunity with regular visits to government schools so personal vehicle in applied location will be preferred.

Innovation and Science Promotion Foundation (ISPF), is a non-profit trust focused on promoting Innovation and Science, especially amongst children. ISPF’s primary focus is creating experience-based learning opportunities where science can be learnt hands-on with interactive experiences that inspire innovation.
ISPF offers kinaesthetic learning programmes with a range of materials and resources to create, experiment, tinker and innovate to inculcate a better understanding of scientific phenomena and improve cognitive life skills. The Rancho Lab programme partners with Government and low cost private schools providing teacher training, Tinker Chests and handholding support to schools in implementing the programme. The Valley School, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore incubated the programme from October 2014 to March 2016.
