Executive Director

10 - 15 Years, Delhi

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including social entrepreneurs, investors, donors, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations.

Develop and execute strategic plan, including fundraising, programmatic, and operational goals.

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

Ensure programs and services are of high quality and meet the needs of social entrepreneurs.

Represent at conferences, events, and other public forums, advocating for its mission and impact.

Stay abreast of trends and developments in the social entrepreneurship sector, and identify opportunities to leverage the organisation's expertise and resources.

Qualifications :

At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in the non-profit, social enterprise, or corporate sector, with a track record of success in strategic planning, fundraising, and team management.

Strong understanding of social entrepreneurship and the challenges and opportunities facing social entrepreneurs in India.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and to manage budgets and financial reporting.

Experience with fundraising and donor relations, including grant writing and major gifts.

Strong team leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

MSW/BSW or A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in business, public administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : INR 45000/- to 50000/-
