Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Prepare and conduct a module of induction process for new employees to streamline the onboarding process.
Developing a seamless onboarding process for the organization.
Preparing Offer Letters/Appointment letter/Experience Letter for employees
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Preparing KRA and KPI for employees (with respect to blue collar workers)
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
To execute a comprehensive process for annual appraisal and its smooth accomplishment in coordination with management.
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Keeping a check on the daily employee performance
Design and execute training plans for employees to enhance skills and performance.
Team up with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management on a regular basis
Managing employee separation & off-boarding procedures and conduct exit interviews
Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements with complete compliance of the same.
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR initiatives.
