Team Lead, PM-ABHIM, NCDC Cell, MoHFW

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Position: 01

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. As per directions of Director NCDC and Nodal officer PM-ABHIM co-ordinate the following activities:

(i) Establishing State Branches, BSL-3 facilities, and Regional NCDC centres, including land acquisition in each State/UTs.

(ii) Liaising with State Authorities, DHS of respective States, other stakeholders etc.

(iii) Other tasks related to establishing of State Branches, BSL-3 facilities, and Regional Centres in States/UTs.

2. Provide guidance to the entire Technical Support Unit (TSU) resources.

3. Plan and implement activities under the PM-ABHIM Scheme.

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

5. Undertake implementation and operational research and assessments for improving the programs and policies.

6. Supporting fiduciary compliances of all on an annually/ half yearly/quarterly basis as required.

7. Undertake field visits and monitor/review the programme implementation in the States.

8. Provide technical inputs on thematic areas & monitor the progress of the PM-ABHIM components and provide inputs on regular basis.

9. Ensure consolidation and dissemination of approved annual work plans along with budget to implementing entities and prepare quarterly progress report based on results framework.

10. Provide support for commissioning activities.

11. Perform any other official duties as assigned.

12. Provide policy, technical and program support for PM-ABHIM as needed at both National and State level.

13. Development of guidelines, SOPs, templates, formats along with guidance documents to States/UTs under PM-ABHIM.

14. Work with other program divisions in NCDC in delivering the mandate of PM-ABHIM.

Essential qualification:

A) Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Medical/Management.

OR

B) Degree in Engineering/Medical/Non-Meical.

Experience (Years): Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in the management of Govt../PSU projects.

Desirable: Broad knowledge and understanding of Administration, Procurement, Finance and Coordination in the Govt. department.

Age limit: Not more than 55 years.

Remuneration Range: Rs. 1,75,000/- per month.

Reporting Officer: Officer Incharge(OI/C) PMABHIM, NCDC.

Place of posting: National Centre for Disease Control(NCDC), DGHS, MoHFW, New Delhi.
