Position: Field Worker

Role Overview
The Field Worker will be responsible for community mobilization and conducting home visits to support the implementation of SpacECE’s programs. The role involves engaging with beneficiaries, raising awareness, and ensuring active participation in various initiatives
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Mobilization
Engage with local communities to create awareness about SpacECE’s programs and initiatives.
Organize meetings and campaigns to mobilize beneficiaries for participation in programs.
Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including local leaders and Anganwadi workers.
2. Home Visits
Conduct regular home visits to identify beneficiaries and understand their needs.
Provide information to families about the benefits of programs such as Early Childhood Education, health, and skill development.
Motivate and support families in enrolling their children or participating in skill training or other community programs.
3. Data Collection and Reporting
Collect and document data during home visits, including beneficiary details, challenges, and program feedback.
Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to the project coordinator.
4. Awareness and Capacity Building
Share educational materials and information with families during home visits.
Address any concerns or queries from the community regarding program participation.
5. Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with program coordinators, Anganwadi workers, and local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and the organization.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Education: Minimum qualification of graduation, BSW / MSW preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in community mobilization or social work is preferred.
Freshers with a passion for community work are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with people at the grassroots level and build trust.
Basic understanding of local languages and cultural practices.
Ability to document and report field activities effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the project area and conduct home visits.
