Organization –Introduction History/Accomplishments

NBJK a registered society since 1974 under Society Registration Act, XXI, 1860 The services of the organization range from Rural Development, education, sanitation, hospitals, healthcare, Vocational Training, community mental health etc. More than 50 projects run every year, supported by different donors. NBJK depends on donations / grants to run its activities, for which proposals are submitted to the donor organization.

Presently we need a experienced and competent personnel for writing proposals for different types of donors.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Writing Project Proposals for different types of donors

• Writing Concept Papers

• Preparing project reports

• Identify new funders and pursue relationships for funding.

• Assisting donor/funding agency in appraisal

• Conduct presentation on the organization at various forums as and when required.

• Plan and coordinate volunteering and fundraising events for the individual and institutional partners.

• Assist in creation of various communication materials

• Preparing appeals on different issues

Desired Profile of the Candidate

1. MSW / PGDRD from a recognized Institution with minimum five year experience in Project Proposal Writing, Project Reporting etc. or as per need.

2. Good Communication skill in English

3. Hard Working and dedicated.
