Job Summary*

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the "Environment & Climate change" initiative to promote sustainable agricultural practices and to generate awareness and share knowledge about adopting non-conventional farming techniques and concepts to tackle the challenges posed by climate change.

This individual will ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

2. Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.

3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.

4. Prepare and present regular project status reports to the leadership team.

5. Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR DSW / MSW.

• MIN. 5 Years experience in field operation

• Age : Up to 40 years

• Good in drafting, MS Office, Content Development and documentation

• Manpower and fleet management

• Coordinate with Government/Private Stakeholders

• Required excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Residing nearby Kolkata (PREFERRABLE).
