Job Description

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

M.com/ MBA (Finance)/M.Com/B.Com with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and accounts management as well as exceptional hands-on capability on excel sheets/spread sheet.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain day-to-day book of account

· Maintain all records, ledger and relevant documents of the PMU

· Ensure timely submission of account and utilization certificates by the implementing agencies.

· Prepare Monthly Progress Report and send to Director of Mines, Jharkhand

· Help and facilitate the auditing process.

· Process Bills and Vouchers for release of funds to implementing agencies

· Inspects accounts of implementing agencies periodically and ensures that the Books of Account are maintained properly.

· Prepare and submit the Annual Budget and financial report

· Process salaries and reimbursement claims of staff of the Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU)

· Liaison with the bank on various issues and prepare bank reconciliation statements.

· Comply with all statutory and legal requirements of District Mineral Foundation (DMF) in a timely manner

· Comply with all auditory requirements of the District Mineral Foundation (DMF) in a timely manner

· Report to the Team Leader, Planning and Monitoring Unit

· Any other duties as may be assigned by District Administration/ SARDA

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

? Well versed with the accounting principles

? Strong analytical skill, ability to think strategically, analyze diverse information and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions.

? Proven ability to identify innovation and translate it into implementable practices

? Competencies in usage of IT tools, including proficiency in MS Office suite.

? Strong oral and writing skills in English/Hindi with effective documentation skills

? Ability to communicate in local language is desirable.

REMUNERATION

?The deputation will be based on the qualification, experience, and Interview.

?As per the organizational framework, the CTC will range from 3.00 lakh to 4.20 lakh per annum (could be considered on experience and qualifications)

?The additional benefits of travel allowance, Dearness Allowance, etc., will be provided as per the organizational norms
