ABOUT ORGANIZATION:
PRAVAH is a registered not-for-profit organization, established in the year 1992, to spearhead development initiatives in Santhal Pargana Region of Jharkhand for poor and vulnerable sections of the society. PRAVAH was founded by a group of dynamic social activists under the leadership of Mr. Dilip Kumar Dubey.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Project Coordination:
• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee and manage the daily activities of the project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth project operations by coordinating with various stakeholders, including the Secretary and other relevant personnel.
B. Planning and Review Meetings:
• Meeting Organization: Plan, schedule, and conduct regular project review meetings.
• Action Item Follow-Up: Document and follow up on action items and outcomes from meetings to ensure continuous progress and resolution of any issues.
C. Implementation of Project Activities:
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Agriculture & NRM Expert, Marketing & Value Chain Expert, Research Assistant, and Field Officer to ensure the proper and timely implementation of all project activities.
• Quality Monitoring: Monitor project activities to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
D. Field Support and Coordination:
• Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to field officers and teams, addressing issues that arise and ensuring effective communication between field teams and the project management team.
E. Networking and Partnerships:
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with the Donor Team and other governmental and non-governmental departments.
• Networking Activities: Engage in activities to support project goals and expand support networks, fostering collaboration and partnerships.
F. Documentation and Reporting:
• Activity Documentation: Document all project activities meticulously, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for future reference.
• Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports for internal use and external stakeholders, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
G. Donor Reporting:
• Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to donors, ensuring all requirements are met and project progress is clearly communicated, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
H. Partnership Management:
• Partnership Oversight: Manage partnerships with donors, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise in partnerships, maintaining a positive and productive relationship.
I. Budget Planning and Monitoring:
• Budget Management: Plan and monitor the project budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of financial resources.
• Expense Tracking: Track expenses and provide regular financial updates to the project management team, taking ownership of budget renewal and financial planning.
EDUCATION & work experience:-
• The Candidate must have Master’s in Social Work/Rural Development/MBA/ Masters in Agriculture.
• At least 9-10 years of experience of handling development projects in reputed NGOs.
• Should be well versed with entire MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficient in communication in Hindi / English.
• Ability to build diverse & collaborative relationship with external stake holders
