Job Description

Marketing Manager is the key staff of Farmer Producer Company promoted by New Orissa Organization working at grass roots level and is responsible for community mobilization, activation of aggregation point identified at village level, acquisition of Shareholders,

Mobilisation of Share Capital, Formation of farmers club, collection of agriculture produce for marketing, Value addition at FPO level, marketing of FPO products through online and off line platform, coordinating & providing marketing support to the Farmers, maintaining compliances of various government departments.

Qualification- MBA (Marketing)/ Post graduate in Social Science/Rural Development/ Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in social development/ community mobilization, agri business, agri produce marketing.

*Should be able to read/ write in Odia and English.

*Should have good proficiency in operating MS Word/ MS Excel/ MS PPT/ Email/ Google Applications/ Mobile Data Collection App

*Salary 20,000 + TA
