Serve as the overall in-charge of the crèche programme implementation across the allocated cluster.
Coordinate with different line departments and the District Programme Management
Unit (DPMU) at the cluster level to ensure smooth functioning of the crèches.
Engage with various stakeholders at the district level to manage, report, and address programme-related issues.
Lead and supervise Crèche Managers, Crèche Supervisors, and Crèche Workers, overseeing their day-to-day operations.
Provide supportive supervision and monitor crèche operations, including training,logistics, reviews, anthropometry, MIS, community participation, convergence, and
service delivery streamlining.
Report and investigate cases under the provision of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, in coordination with appropriate district-level officials.
Oversee the programme's documentation, including monthly reports, MIS analytics, Annual Reports, Success Stories, etc.
Willingness to serve the community, with work experience in community-based programmes, preferably in the health and nutrition sector.
Experience in planning and executing district to village-level operations with Government / Donor/ NGO-supported programmes with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in coordinating with district administration, civil society organizations, and active participation in district-level committees and other forums.
Ability to engage with different stakeholders at the district level to coordinate, manage, report, and address programme issues.
Prior experience in using online Management Information Systems (MIS) and its analytics in programme implementation.
Working knowledge of accounts, book-keeping, and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, especially in Odia and local tribal dialects.
Coordinate with Crèche Managers and Supervisors to ensure the implementation of training and logistics.
Monitor community participation activities and ensure effective convergence with other services.
Streamline service delivery processes to improve programme efficiency.
