Job Title: Child Development Program Officer
Positions: 1 (One)
Location – Kolkata, West Bengal
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Officer to support our youth development program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Program Head to implement outreach activities, monitor student progress, and ensure smooth operation of our initiatives.
Qualification:
• Candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience working with underprivileged children and data handling
• The candidate should be Graduate (minimum) in any stream or higher.
• Should have good experience in running a programme and working in a team. Working experience in development sector will be preferred.
• Age criteria would be under 40 years.
• The candidate should be willing to travel within West Bengal and work extended hours when needed.
• Must reside within one hour commute of our location (South Kolkata)
• Must be fluent in English and either Hindi or Bengali
• Strong written communication skills for report writing
• Confidence to engage in constructive debate and discussion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work tools
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach activities at schools, colleges, and institutions to promote our program vision
• Perform home visits for students enrolled in our Maneck Trust program
• Monitor coaching institutions and track individual performance
• Coordinate meetings with institutional heads
• Maintain detailed records of each student's progress
• Update files and prepare regular progress reports
• Handle event planning and logistics
• Assist the Program Head with candidate interviews
• Co-create developmental programs for students
• Help monitor program budget and track expenses
• Organize and facilitate feedback sessions with students
• Would be responsible for handling correspondence and communication with the different stakeholders.

CTC: Up to INR 3.60 Lakh – 4.20 Lakh per Annum. (Depending on Candidate’s Qualification, previous experience, last drawn CTC)
