Job Summary:

The National Institute of Education and Development is looking for an experienced Electrical Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The trainer will be responsible for designing training programs, mentoring trainees, and ensuring they acquire the necessary practical skills for the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training on electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Develop and implement structured training modules to enhance trainees' technical skills.

Train students on electrical circuits, control panels, motors, and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations during training.

Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement.

Teach the correct usage of electrical tools, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

Stay updated with industry advancements and upgrade training materials accordingly.

Maintain detailed training records and prepare reports on trainee progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Experience: 3 years in the electrical field; prior training experience preferred.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, motors, and industrial/domestic installations.

Training Skills: Ability to teach and mentor individuals with varying skill levels.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Certification in Electrical Installation & Safety (preferred).

Experience in industrial or domestic electrical work is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Maximum Salary: Rs 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
