We're Hiring: Program Manager – Sustainability Initiatives (Ahmedabad)

About the Role:

As Program Manager, you will lead:

• Value Creation Centre (VCC) – Overseeing dry waste management, vendor relations, and logistics.

• Handmade Stationery Making Cooperative – Managing production, marketing, sales, and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize waste collection, processing, and dispatch operations.

• Expand market opportunities for handmade recycled-paper products.

• Build vendor relationships and improve logistics efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards.

• Monitor financial performance through P&L tracking and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in waste management, production, or sales operations.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for sustainability, women’s empowerment, and operational excellence.

Compensation:

• Fixed Pay: Rs70,000/month

• Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to Rs10,000/month
