The position Project Coordinator–is designed to monitor the team during the execution of planned activities, support them in developing and implementing plans as per the requirements of a project and ensure accurate reporting of project work.
The person should be well experienced in independently doing program planning, proposal writing and high-quality report writing.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities-
• To support teams in designing work plan and activities aligned with the program outcome.
• To prepare monthly achievement reports from all the trainees and highlighting the outcomes.
• To bring innovation to our project and to ensure sustainability of the program.
• To document the program’s best practices in the form of success stories and video documentation.
• To oversee collection of data and preparation of project/ progress reports in accordance with available schedule
• To prepare periodic reports of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• To provide handholding support to District Coordinators during the implementation of Monthly action plan.
• Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Post graduation in Social Work, Management or any other relevant field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years of working as a project head or in administration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
