Position Title: Finance & admin officer

Location : Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh

Parmarth is looking for qualified and competent persons for Finance & admin officer, who have natural flair to integrate with our core values and collaborate / customize with the community needs.

Finance & admin officer will be over all responsible/in-charge to Account in the execution of Wash project in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh.

Maintaining an accounting system covering all areas of financial Management, analysis & internal control. Updating Data in Tally & Software on daily basis for keeping an up to date record of all data related to finance.

Maintain all accounting related documents like records for cash, receivables, payables, income and expenditures etc

Budget Maintenance & Providing timely financial data & reports to Secretary & Director. Periodic closing and management of financial statements. Prepare vouchers for journal, bank, cash, and contra entries etc.

Preparation of project Monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports.

Ensuring Audits are performed as proper standard requirements in connection with CA.

Keeping a perfect record for all Advances , reimbursement projects , so that all things may be in line at time if Tax Calculations and account settling as per requirement.

Taking care of accounts receivable, payables, employee’s payment, Salary records, preparation of Cheques, NEFT/RTGS Transfers and all queries related to bank statements.

Maintaining proper entries of bills and calculations of TDS for all vendors and timely payments of all bills.

Preparation of book of accounts, financial statements like receipts& payment variance reports, TDS, Bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis

Budget monitoring, analysis of Over spend or Under spent status, verifying the reason , keeping a record and rectifying it with Project head and reporting to Management.

Education & experience:

Post graduation in Commerce from a recognized University

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

Languages & skills:

Excellent knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP

Computer skills, knowledge of MS word, Excel, internet

Experience of working on NGO accounting and FCRA.

Knowledge on FCRA

Good Command in Hindi and English
