Position: Logistics & Warehouse Trainer

Location: Andul-Kona-Dhulagarh Region

Duration: (Part-Time)

Reporting To: Program Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Logistics & Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on warehouse management, inventory control, logistics operations, and safety compliance. The trainer will equip participants with practical skills and industry knowledge to enhance their employability in the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery & Curriculum Development:

Conduct interactive training sessions, case studies, and hands-on exercises covering logistics, warehouse operations, and compliance.

Customize and update training materials per industry standards and regulatory norms.

Facilitate practical training on warehouse equipment, inventory management software, and safety protocols.

2. Assessment, Industry Exposure & Compliance:

Design quizzes, assignments, and evaluations while mentoring participants for skill enhancement.

Organize site visits, live demonstrations, and hands-on training in warehouse/logistics environments.

Ensure participants understand logistics regulations, safety standards, and GST compliance.

3. Student Engagement & Career Support:

Provide career guidance and one-on-one support for job readiness.

Mentor participants on industry trends, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.

Ensure certification criteria are met through continuous evaluation and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; certification in warehouse/logistics preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years in logistics/warehouse management or training; experience in specialized warehouse operations is a plus.

• Skills: Proficiency in ERP/WMS, warehouse equipment handling, GST compliance, strong communication, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Logistics & Supply Chain Professional (CLSP)

• OSHA Warehouse Safety Certification

• Lean Six Sigma (Logistics/Operations)
