Aligned to this vision, Digital Bharat Collaborative’s (DBC) vision is to build Bharat through acceleration of Information Systems to transform public systems’ responsiveness and governance led by women and youth. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine Govt organization needs and identify system specifications.
• Analyze the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts.
• Technology Implementation: Evaluate the gaps, identify integrations and develop roadmap for implementation of the solution. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Coding Guidelines and Standards: Maintain coding guidelines and standards of the root branch to ensure consistency and maintainability of the codebase. Participate in merging exercises to enrich the root.
• Oversee development and implementation of assigned programs and guide teammates.
• Scalability and Performance: Implement the product with scalability and performance in mind to handle current and future requirements. Optimize and tune the system for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, or Masters in Computer Application is often required
Desirable Experience:
• 16+ Years Experience of leading technology interventions for the governments is a must.
Skills (Must have):
• Deep knowledge of technology in Government sector and proven experience to implement them.
• Knowledge of government structures and ability to drive projects in conjunction with the working structures within the govts.
• Ability to interact with and advise effectively, senior govt officials to improve the government systems.
• Ability to assign responsibilities and track progress across multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
• Knowledge of Meity guidelines for product deployment and DPDP act to ensure security.
• Budget estimation, planning and tracking for the various implementation streams
• The ability to work well with others, build positive relationships, and resolve conflicts.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving project goals and objectives
