Role Overview:

As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing social impact projects under Yuva Bharat. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth implementation of programs, engage with beneficiaries, and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives in education, healthcare, and women empowerment.

On-Ground Implementation: Oversee field activities, coordinate with volunteers, and ensure impactful project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with schools, NGOs, corporate partners, and government bodies.

Research & Reporting: Conduct impact assessments, prepare reports, and document program success stories.

Event Management: Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, and community outreach programs.

Social Media & Marketing: Assist in content creation and promotional activities to enhance program visibility.
