About Us:

We are a non-profit organization working to improve the lives of marginalized communities in Uttarakhand. With the support of Uttarakhand State AIDS Control Society, we are running a Targeted Intervention Programme to prevent HIV transmission and promote health and well-being among high-risk groups.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Targeted Intervention Programme. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the programme, managing a team of outreach workers and counselors, and ensuring the programme meets its objectives and targets.

Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and management of the Targeted Intervention Programme

- Develop and implement programme work plans, budgets, and reports

- Supervise and mentor a team of outreach workers and counselors

- Establish and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders

- Ensure programme activities are aligned with national and state-level guidelines and protocols

- Monitor and evaluate programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field

- At least 1-5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in HIV/AIDS or related fields

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in programme monitoring and evaluation

- Familiarity with national and state-level guidelines and protocols related to HIV/AIDS
