YouthInvest Foundation (YouthInvest) is a not-for-profit organisation working to ensure rights to health, education and livelihoods for adolescents and youth (10-24 years). YouthInvest envisions healthy, educated, emotionally well-adjusted and skilled adolescents and youth – especially from marginalised and disadvantaged populations – entering adulthood.
YouthInvest seeks to hire qualified professionals for a project based in West Bengal aimed at improving maternal, child health, and nutrition using a targeted approach focusing on adolescents and young people. Project staff will be based in the Howrah district, where the project is operational. The position is full-time contractual, renewable on a yearly basis, subject to performance and availability of funds.
1. Core Area facilitator
Position Based at: Howrah (Uluberia), West Bengal with Extensive travel to the field area.

Experience & Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, or meetings, ensuring active engagement and effective communication between diverse groups. Proven ability to manage group dynamics, foster collaboration, and encourage participation.
• Develop Hub Anganwadi Centres and continuous capacity building of AWWs
• Tracking of beneficiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Collect beneficiary data from the AWC/ Field and assist DC to prepare a master list of beneficiaries
• Collect Key Progress Indicators data and other RMNCHN indicator data from the field as well as from the system (PRI, Health, ICDS, Education) in a regular interval
• Work closely with local stakeholders, including community leaders and health workers, existing village-level government platforms (like VHND/ VHSNC/ Mohalla Committee/ Mother’s group etc.) to ensure successful program delivery
• Follow up with all new couples in the target population, difficult malnourished children (if any) on request with the PRI, AWWs, and ASHAs
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and provide timely reports to senior management.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain daily records and registers.
• Other tasks assigned by seniors.
Qualification, experience, and skills required:
• Minimum graduate with at least one year of relevant professional experience in the NGO Sector
• Should have their own two-wheeler and driving licence
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is essential and writing skills in Bengali and English.
• Having computer knowledge (MS office: MS Word and MS Excel)
• Experience of working with Government stockholders is preferred, especially with ICDS and the Health Department.
• Experience in program facilitation and community engagement
Remuneration:
CTC will be 1.8 lakhs per annum and negotiable depending on the qualification and experience.
