Mehnatkash Kalyan Evam Sandarbh Kendra is seeking a dedicated MIS Officer (Female) for our office in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing data, preparing reports, and supporting organizational operations through efficient documentation and recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry, analysis, and management using MS Word & MS Excel Typing documents in Hindi and English Assisting in preparing reports and maintaining records Coordinating with the team for data-related tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: Minimum BA degree

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel

Typing Skills: Ability to type in both Hindi and English

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Salary: Rs 16,500 per month

Mehnatkash Kalyan Evam Sandarbh Kendra is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working for the rights and welfare of domestic workers, migrant laborers, and their families in urban Jaipur. Established in 2005-06, the organization has been advocating for better working conditions, fair wages, and social security for these workers. Over the years, we have expanded our work to include construction workers and other urban poor communities while collaborating with various organizations to drive policy changes and social impact.

The organization was founded in 2005-06 by a group of people who committed to work for the neglected groups of Domestic workers in urban areas of Jaipur. The organization has also forged formal and informal alliances with many organizations. We have been at the vanguard of advocating for the rights of domestic workers, their children, and migrant domestic workers.
We evolved and deepened our understanding of the urban poor throughout time, and our work with construction workers expanded.
