Roles and Responsibilities

•Develop and execute content strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

•Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.

•Monitor social media trends and analytics to enhance reach and engagement.

•Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

•Collaborate with the design team for visual content requirements.

•Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, brochures, posters, and other print materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Any graduate or a related field degree.

•2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations.

•Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Marathi.

•Familiarity with tools like Canva and related tools.

•Basic graphic or video editing skills are an added advantage.

•Creative thinker with attention to detail.

•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

•Passion for social impact and community engagement.
