Experience/Competencies
• At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience working with NGO Accounting system and handling FCRA and Non FCRA funds.
• Competency in software applications including Tally ERP 9, Word, Excel and Power point.
Qualification:
B com in accounts from a recognized university with computer skills.
Job Description:
• Managing account as per regulatory and compliance framework applicable including Income Tax Act and Foreign Contribution Registration Act (FCRA).
• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, reporting and procedural standards. Managing project accounting and preparation of monthly expenditure, utilization certificates.
• Ensure complete and accurate accounting records maintained.
• Ensure supporting documentation of all accounting records is maintained and responsible to review bills and final posting of vouchers.
• Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Completion and make the necessary arrangement for Annual Audit report of Projects.
• Carry out due diligence/financial review of vendors and partner organisations and review the financial reports.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement and
provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
Salary: - INR - 20000-22000- per Month
