Youth empowerment has been one of our core focus areas as we are committed to contribute to nation building by developing the skills of youth who constitute the major chunk of the India’s population. We aim to adequately skill the youth population and facilitate their participation in the economic process as lack of employability among the youth population is one of the major reasons for lack of development of the marginalized sections of the society. The organization aims to act as a catalyst in capacity building for unemployed youth from economically weaker sections of the society.
50 underprivileged youth were identified and counseled and provided with various skill trainings as per their academic qualifications, aptitude and as per the market demand. We also developed linkages with industrial units and service enterprises for facilitating employment opportunities for the youth. Some of the youth were trained to develop entrepreneurship skills and opt for self employment.
