Persons with disabilities are looked down upon by the society; however we at SRDCT have been working tirelessly to change such negative perspective. We sensitize parents of children with disabilities to educate their children and encourage them to lead an independent and dignified life. We aim to set up well equipped facilities for the children and youth with disabilities in the near future. To this end we are currently strengthening our beneficiary base as well as infrastructure.
SRDCT has been facilitating computer and professional skill training to persons with disabilities (PwDs) since the past 3 years. So far, the organization has imparted free of cost computer training to 12 students with disabilities. We aim to scale up the programme and provide free books and skill training to more such students in the coming years.
