TEQIP/CEP Short Term Programme on Rural industries Establishment, Sustainability and Challenges 

AIM

This programme aims to bring together the faculties from various institutions who are involved in teaching and research in rural industrialization to generate awareness, popularize and promote its development. It will be a great opportunity and platform for the participants to explore the rural industries establishment and sustainability. The course aims towards preparing the roadmap for establishment of rural industries, understanding the challenges at all levels from establishment to scaling up for rural industries and developing skills for management for rural resources for industrial development. 

OBJECTIVES

? To understand the potential challenges in establishment of rural industries

? Resource availability and management to mitigate the challenges for rural industries

? To develop skills for management for rural resources for industries development

PARTICIPATION

Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has great pleasure in inviting faculty members involved in rural industrialization specialisation who comes under TEQIP III centres IIT Delhi zone. There is no registration fees for teachers of approved TEQIP Institutes from focus states under IIT Delhi's Quality Circle. All Candidates are requested to attach one page write up indicating their specific interest in a particular area. However, priority will be given to participants from IIT Delhi's Quality Circle.

HOW TO APPLY

The interested participants are required to send their own filled application in the format enclosed. Preference will be given to those who are already associated with rural industrialization. The nomination must be duly sponsored by the competent authority and mailed to the coordinator. Last date to apply for the course is 15 June 2018. All the selected candidates will be informed through email.
