ANIMEDH CHARITABLE TRUST (ACT) is a non-profit organization registered under Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act in year 2012. ACT aims to empower under-privileged women by imparting life skills, providing vocational training, and facilitating earning opportunities, Promote basic and higher education and WASH Awareness for underprivileged Women, Girls and Children.
ACT is based in Mumbai, India. The Objectives of ACT are to provide financial support and social services to needy women and children at individual, community, and national levels.
ACT's future vision is to deepen our impact in our welfare, development, and empowerment programs by taking a holistic approach to developing women and children. We aim to target and address barriers to their growth such as social pressures and emotional issues, in order that they can sustain their motivation and self-confidence to continue to earn and to learn independently.
